ThunderCats Bullet Point Story[]

The Creatures That Came Before Dawn:[]

Written by Ian Rimmer & Dozy
Art by Jeff Anderson, Stephen Baskerville, Glop & Stuart Place

The story begins at night with an army of tiny warriors, under their leader Pogg, sneaking past Cats’ Lair’s defences to raid the food stores. In the morning, the hungry ThunderCats are waiting for their breakfast when Snarf announces that their larder has been raided for the fourth night in a row. Cheetara concludes that it must have been one of the ThunderCats since no alarm sounded and Snarf confronts Wilykat with his lariat. Wilykit and Lion-O stand up for the Thunderkitten and they argue that it might have been left to frame him. The mistrustful group heads out to gather more food and their stores are once again full.

That night, Wilykat wakes up to see if he can catch whoever tried to frame him and is attacked by the tiny intruders! He falls and bangs his head on a table, giving them time to escape. Alerted by the noise, the other ThunderCats arrive and once again blame Kat, even his sister telling him to own up. Wilykat runs off and once again encounters the Mite army. He is captured and tied-up. Pogg declares that they must kill him to prevent their secrets being told. Back at Cats’ Lair, Lion-O is continuing to investigate the room, finding it hard to believe that Wilykat could be so dishonest. When he finds a tiny arrow, Lion-O heads after Wilykat. Lead by the Sword of Omens, he arrives just in time to save the Thunderkitten and takes Pogg back to Cats’ Lair. The Mites are told that they can share the ThunderCats’ food if only they ask and Wilykat receives apologies from everyone.
